Mr. and Mrs. René Bonioni set up the company BONIONI, at first specialized in turned parts.

BONIONI SA begins to focus on cold heading.

Certification ISO 9002.

Installation in Brazil with the creation of ALPTEC.

Certification ISO TS 16949.

Acquisition of NORMAL-MET in Poland.
