La.Ro. s.r.l. joins the KEA industrial group, made up of Bonioni France and Bonioni Polska, to create a European pole specializing in cold heading.

📅 Since April 29, 2025, La.Ro. s.r.l. has officially been part of the KEA industrial group, already active in the cold heading sector with two production sites in France (Bonioni France) and Poland (Bonioni Polska).
This new alliance represents a strategic step for each of the three entities that make up the group, and gives rise to a European industrial group specializing in the manufacture of complex cold heading components for a variety of industrial sectors.
The companies in the group have long and solid experience in the sector: the Bonioni group has been active for over 70 years and La.Ro. s.r.l. for over 50. This industrial heritage is synonymous with technical expertise, organizational solidity and in-depth market knowledge.

This new industrial configuration, involving the pooling of skills and production resources, offers the following advantages:

– Increased production capacity and greater flexibility
– A consolidated commercial presence on the main European markets.

A distinctive aspect of this project is the participation of the Ghezzi family – founders of La.Ro. – family – in the KEA holding company, and the confirmation of its operational role within the new structure.
